Hello, I'm Teresa, founder of Enduring Grace Grief Coaching. My journey into grief coaching is deeply personal and rooted in my own experience with loss. I unexpectedly lost my husband in 2021, and it was during this time of profound sorrow, confusion and loneliness that I discovered the true depths of faith, resilience and the enduring power of grace.

Losing my husband turned my world upside down, and navigating the waves of grief was an incredibly challenging journey. Through my own healing process, I realized the importance of having compassionate support and practical tools to help manage such an overwhelming experience. This realization inspired me to become a grief coach, dedicated to helping others find their path through the darkness of loss.

As your grief coach, I bring not only my professional expertise of being in ministry for more than 25 years but also my personal understanding of what it means to grieve deeply. I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your emotions, honour your pain, and gradually find hope and resilience.
